The French Word-of-the-day is:
kif-kif
It's a fun term that means "the same thing",
or "c'est pareil"
or "six of one half a dozen of the other"
 
 
I'm wrapping up the cleaning frenzy. Here are the before and after pictures. Also, I have been busy working on a few projects. Take a peek!

I promise you it is not... kif-kif!! LOL I just couldn't resist. Okay, okay... a shop is a shop, but as you CAN clearly see the projects are different. In the before picture the chest that is shown in the bottom right corner got a make-over.
 
Here is the before picture of the chest. With the split veneer taken off and the 2 drawers removed. The 3rd drawer was missing the drawer face.


This photo shows the original condition of those two drawers.



This is the after photo - after applying Annie Slone's French Grey Chalk Paint with a dark wax finish, and baskets to replace the missing drawer.
